How to prepare for your appointment.

Plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you come with your Ideal Protein Health Profile and Hippa form completed. If not, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to complete the necessary paperwork.

For the safety and convenience of our patients and staff, we recommend not bringing children to your appointment(s). We are unable to supervise children who are left in the lobby unattended.

Cancellation Policy
