ShiftSetGo is a program designed to help you lose weight by providing the tools and support system you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle long after reaching your goal. Our program caters to women and men who would like to lose 50 lbs or more and is designed in three stages to ease you into your new lifestyle. As a member, you will be connected with a dedicated coach who will work with you to achieve your goals and hold you accountable without judgment.

How to prepare for your appointment:

Plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you come with your SHIFTSETGO HEALTH PROFILE and HIPPA form completed. If not, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to complete the necessary paperwork.

For the safety and convenience of our patients and staff, we recommend not bringing children to your appointment(s). We are unable to supervise children who are left in the lobby unattended.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule by email at info@iamedicalspa.com or phone at 319-365-7721. To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.
