The initial cost to start in-clinic is $199-$299 depending on the starter package you choose. These packages include the first week of food and a 2 month supply of supplements. The ongoing cost after your initial week is $119/week which includes all the food, supplements and coaching that you need to be successful.

Once you hit your desired goal, you will transition back to a diet of whole foods, and we will continue to coach you through the “Balanced Year” at no charge. It’s important to note that while helpful, our foods and supplements are not required to be successful at maintaining your new weight.  

Our virtual program is available for $360, this includes the same kit as in-office new start clients get as well as the 2nd week of the program, a scale, and some additional items.
